Project Overview
The UX Research project aimed to transform the ticket sales platform, making it more user-friendly, secure and efficient. Based on the findings and improvements implemented, the company hoped to relaunch the application successfully, meeting market expectations and winning the trust of users.

MeuIngresso.com is trying to launch its product, but the app is not having a good return. They decided to withdraw it from stores and understand the market better.

Goal
Within the research we wanted to understand the main reasons why users buy online, why they choose the platforms, what the difficulties and obstacles are, the most valued features and user expectations

Solutions and Deliverables
After collecting the data, we created the personas based on the information we had.
We created a semi-structured script for the quantitative research in the questionnaire.

We made a CSD matrix to highlight the points of attention and keep in mind the main doubts and what we most wanted to find out going into our quantitative research and in-depth interviews with our users.

After the results of the survey, we carried out in-depth interviews to understand in more detail what each user/customer understood about the situation and what problems they were experiencing.

A Usability Test was also carried out in order to see the points of attention within the interface, where users found it easiest and what their mental map was of how the platform worked.
